When I click to view the catalogue, nothing happens or I get a message asking which program it should be opened with.

You probably need to install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Most new PC's come with a copy of the Adobe Reader already installed, however if you don't have it - don't panic! You can easily download the reader from the Adobe website. It's safe and easy.

The catalogue takes hours to download. How can the catalogue be downloaded faster?

The average size of each catalogue is approximately 1MB and takes just a few minutes to download using a broadband internet connection. If you are not using a broadband internet connection the catalogue may be too large for you to download. To have a copy of the catalogue mailed to you on CD, please click here.

PLEASE NOTE that we are unable to send a printed copy of the catalogue.

How do I save a copy of the catalogue for later use?

Click on 'view catalogue'. A copy of the catalogue opens in the adobe reader. Click on the 'save a copy' button on the left of the toolbar, choose where to save it, then click save in the dialogue box. Remember to check back regularly for the latest catalogue.

How do I navigate within the catalogue?

The acrobat reader has zoom in/out buttons. You can navigate by clicking and dragging the pages up or down with the hand icon, or you can type the page you wish to go to at the bottom of the screen. Look in the Adobe help menu for more info.

Can I order online?

Yes. To access online ordering, click on 'online order' in the catalogue. To go directly to the online order page, please click here.

Can I order with my credit card?

No. Miniature Magic is striving to introduce credit card facilities and an online store in the near future. At present we only accept cheques, bank transfers or money orders.

How long will it take to deliver my purchases?

Delivery time is currently 3-5 working days. If you have not received your goods within one week please contact us.

How do you calculate postage costs?

Postage costs are calculated by weight and size at Australia Post rates upon receipt of your order. We then advise you of the grand total and confirm your order. Generally speaking, postage within Australia rarely exceeds $10.

Miniature Magic has been trading for over two years and has been trading online since late 2006.
